Gas prices in Germany rocketing up!

Gas prices in Germany rocketing up!

Well, I didn't know this was gonna happen. as a side effect of the war in Iran and involving Israel and a number of other surrounding countries, yes, because of that, the price of gasoline, oil, and everything else possible is skyrocketing. wow, even people who now own battery powered cars are now standing in the middle of bragging rights because the price of their transportation has now decreased dramatically, while people who own gas powered cars are sitting there stunned once they fill up their car and look at the price. You want to talk about Germany waking up in the middle of a price war nightmare? This is one of those times. Right now the price of gasoline, which in Germany they call benzene, is over two euros per liter, which if math is correct from what I looked up yesterday, we are paying over seven dollars a gallon. So you want to talk about not being able to afford gasoline in Germany, yeah, people are now all of a sudden saying, Whoa, wait a minute. So, yes, people are starting to wake up to the price of gasoline in Germany being too high. So this isn't a news broadcast that they're gonna say, oh, let's just go to work and don't worry about it because I still have my job, there's still food on the table, and I have my plans for the weekend, which are going to be entertaining. No, now they're stopping to think... because now they have to reconsider everything. You know, they have to stop and think, wait a minute, if I'm paying this much, can I afford my entertainment this weekend? And then they might start to say, wow, okay, what else is affected? Now I'm not saying they will. Some of them might just say that's expensive, not be happy with it, and then they'll drive on. But once they see the price of food going up, the cost of train tickets going up, the price of everything that they purchase going up, then they're gonna start to slow down and process the reality of their real time situation. But I don't think that's happened quite yet in Germany. It might have, but I'm doubting it. That's one of the problems with this type of process where they jack the price up of these things because they can, not because they have to. If they wanted to, they could easily make peace with Ukraine, they could easily start letting the fuel from Russia flow again and lower the prices, but they're not willing to do that. Why? Because the corporate world and the political world don't care. And they will not make any comment on it. They'll just do it, and the people, unfortunately, just allow it to happen because they don't think their single voice is going to be heard, or they don't want to make waves because they're fear of being arrested, which is accurate. They will be arrested if they try to make waves. The one hope here right now is that with the political upheaval that is happening, it's going to become very interesting to see what happens over the next few months because there is a political and banking war going on because of the politics in the USA. I'm not saying Trump is good, I'm not saying he's bad. I'm just saying that there seems to be a shift in power between the ruling families, and because of that, favoritism for humans is shifting. That's what's bringing a little bit more hope. So we'll see what happens.
