German government can make unconstitutional laws?

Yes, ladies and gentlemen, you read that correctly. The German government does have a legal right to create, pass and enact laws that are unconstitutional against the German people. I actually had to go in and look up this information with the AI, but the AI gave me an argument. It actually did not like how I worded what I was trying to say. Unfortunately, what I'm finding is that most of the AI systems, when it comes to legal definitions, it can get very, very confrontational; it can sound emotionally challenged and respond to you in such a way that says, no, you're wrong, when you're actually right. This, so far, has happened with Gemini, ChatGPT, and with Claude which belongs to Anthropic. So let's get into what happened. in the month of July twenty twenty six, we are going to have a major change in the law in Germany when it comes to people who are unemployed. Now there's two types of laws or two types of systems in the country. The first system is known as the basic unemployment. When you initially lose your job, for whatever reason, you get twelve months of unemployment. that unemployment is I believe seventy percent of what your basic maximum income was for that year. The second part of that income is if you wind up going into an extended unemployment for more than one year, could be maybe let's r randomly say five years. During that time you still receive seventy percent of your unemployment check, which is not taxed, and you can ask the ch the people paying it to send it all to your account, or you can have them send your rent or mortgage payment directly to the bank that manages that so that everything is what you would say direct deposited, so you don't even have to worry about it. And that's something that a lot of people do. Now what happens is while you're on this unemployment benefit with Germany, they require you to come in to make sure that you are up to date on everything, such as your resume, making sure that you are searching for a job. And if there are any classes that can be provided to you, such as motivation or what are you looking for, all types of different classes. I'm not saying it's weekly. I'm saying it's every once in a while they do this. but they are expecting you to be looking around. Now there are some things that can happen here which they will then all of a sudden stop keeping an eye on you and just leave you alone and that is if you have a notice from a doctor of wh whatever type is needed that you are permanently out of work for a long time. Psychological, physical, something that stops you from being able to work. Once they see this doctor's note, they will say, okay, you are legally allowed to just go quiet. We will not ask any questions. Once that is resolved through the doctor, you are required to report to them to say, okay, you are capable of working now. So the benefits in Germany for unemployment are actually really, really good. But unfortunately there are people who are abusing the system, especially some people who might be foreigners that are on the unemployment for whatever reason and they feel like they have the right to break it for whatever personal reason. So what has been happening in the last year is that the government all of a sudden started saying we need to put a stop to this abuse and what they've noticed is that the abuse is point zero six percent of people who are unemployed. Due to this partially, and also due to the fact that Germany is suffering very badly from a de-industrialization mentality due to the Green Party mentality of changing power systems from something less polluting or less CO2 creating to a more earth-friendly mentality of energy, which unfortunately is 100% misinformation that they refuse to acknowledge. But that's a different part of the story here, which if I tried to get into that would take an a whole another chapter. But the reason I said that is because it's causing de-industrialization, which is really causing a great loss of income to the German government. And that is another reason why they are trying to save as much money as they possibly can, but not in the right areas. So what they have decided to do is to go after that 0.06% of these potential cheaters and recreate the law in an unconstitutional manner. What this means is that the government has had enough votes where they decided to change the name and the functionality of the unemployment to make things much more strict. meaning that if you miss an appointment or something else goes wrong, be it technical, computer, or something on paper, a miscommunication, anything goes wrong, and you could be subject to a punishment from the minimum of a reduction in payments per month to all the way up to a two or three month stop in your unemployment payment. And the constitution actually states in it that anything that causes d extreme distress or something even worse is unconstitutional and therefore illegal. So there is the conflict is that a law can be created, passed, and affect the people directly. At this point in the Constitution, the court systems, the High Court of Germany, then has the legal obligation and right to go in to stop that illegal law, which is the ironic twist. So the end result is the parties can create this illegal law, then the courts have to come in and can look at the law after it has been enforced for either a few months or up to a year before they can say, Okay, no, that's illegal. Then at that point, once they have decided that it is illegal, they can then have the right to cancel that law, reverse it back to the law it was at before. And the government has to obide by the court's ruling. But this system is very much broken. and it should not even be allowed for the legal system, the government, to enact illegal or unconstitutional laws. So therefore there is a major break in the process between the government and the courts. So I thought I'd share with you the fact that this is an ongoing issue that has never been stopped before and I don't know if it will ever be brought up to the government, or to the courts, to say, this should be stopped. So thank you very much again for reading.
